I sold my first house as a kid because I would sit in my dad's model homes. I learned construction of custom homes from the ground up and grew up with a solid foundation in real estate. My father's Shelley Custom Homes gave me deep knowledge of home structure, maintenance, and what makes a property truly valuable.
